An easy-drinking wine made with high quality grapes grown in the southern part of Beaujolais. Soils are light, and give a fresh expression of Gamay. Fruit-forward, juicy, has expressive aromas and flavors of strawberries and black cherries with spice.

Combining intensity, contained tautness and extreme contradictions, the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 blend reveals a unique structure, resonating to the rhythm of controlled energy, channeled by an acidity and bitterness that burst forth magnificently.

Charcoal and wood-smoked aromas melt into nicely concentrated black-cherry and dark chocolate flavors in this full-bodied, well balanced, moderately tannic wine.

Toasted spices, nuts, coconut, white flowers, and stone fruits all emerge from the glass, and it's medium-bodied, with a layered, nicely textured mouthfeel, bright acidity, and a clean pleasing finish.

A bouquet of fresh orange blossom, pear, vanilla and white peach, with layers of lime zest emerging as it opens up. The palate is lively revealing energetic layers of fruit and flowers with hints of toasted brioche lingering throughout a lush finish.

Light straw yellow. On the bouquet, hints of green apple, orange blossom and white peach, with notes of Mediterranean scrub. The palate is fresh and gentle, with herbaceous and mineral notes.

"Attitude" has a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavors, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi flavors. Quite expressive.
