The bouquet delivers a fine blend of pear, apple, honeysuckle and a base of soil tones. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, pure and quite vibrant in personality, with a good core, fine focus and grip and a long, racy and impressively fresh finish.

It has a fragrant nose of Braeburn apples, pear and light wet pavement aromas. The well-balanced palate delivers a fine bead of acidity, good tension, and more subtle but insistent lemon zest on the nose. In other words: textbook!

Mineral and fruity, Chablis is a wine of pleasure, to be enjoyed on any occasion. A surprisingly balanced wine, with richness, freshness and the legendary minerality that characterizes great years in Chablis.

Bright medium ruby. Very dark, discreet scents of black raspberry, crème de cassis and flowers. Densely packed, intense and energetic, terrific savory minerality and violet lift. A crystalline quality finishes with mounting length and noble tannins.

Smoky aromas of petrol, citrus confit and spicy pear lead to racy, elegant and more refined medium weight flavors that at once fine but dense, all wrapped in a solidly lengthy and beautifully well-balanced finale.

Very fresh bouquet with notes of citrus and white fleshed fruit, with a very slightly oaky finish. Fresh and supple, the wine is marked by mineral notes that are typical of the appellation.

An attractively layered nose combines lovely floral notes with citrus peel, pear and soft spice hints. The racy and tension-filled medium weight flavors possess on the palate coating finish that is at once clean, dry and, minerally and youthfully austere.

Aromas of fresh red apples, honey and white flowers with elegant and rich flavors of toasted nuts and citrus. One of the purest expressions of this typical Burgundian grape. Ideal pairings for this wine include roasted salmon, shellfish or creamy cheeses.

Has a clear and brilliant yellow color and the nose is expressive and aromatic with notes of acacia flowers, blossom and sweet fruit. Buttery and Complex! Pairs well with Chicken and Turkey.

Courgis is from a single vineyard on the left bank with clay topsoil on top of Kimmeridgian limestone bedrock. It’s typically the most weighty (think ripe, round fruit) of the Terroir wines. Fermented and aged in tank.

Paquet's Saint-Véran “En Crèches” is relatively high-toned for a Mâcon wine. Features aromas of lemon curd on lightly buttered toast, of luscious honey and citrus. along with hints of white pepper, butter and a delicious but persistent citrus note.

This Chassagne-Montrachet offers a delightful blend of ripe orchard fruits, citrus, and subtle mineral notes. It's well balanced acidity and creamy texture lead to a sophistocated and memorable finish.

Regarded as one of the rising stars of Burgundy, David Duband took over his family domaine at very young age. A nose of black and red fruits with a dominant of strawberries and white pepper. The mouth is rich supported by very present tannins.

Ruby in colour with a pink edge. A pretty, pure but light bouquet. Cherry and raspberry fruit fills the mouth, yet with elegance. A good long persistent finish.

AgriBio certified since 2010 and practicing organic farming. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 50% tank and 50% neutral barrels of varying age.

Although coming from old vines, we develop a delicious, voluptuous wine with notes of fresh fruits, and a smooth and unctuous texture. Underbrush of spicy tobacco notes and cocoa beans.

This dense purple-hued beauty boasts a stunning nose of blackcurrants, crème de cassis, tobacco, baking spices, chocolate, and cedarwood.

The 2022 Meursault Les Clous has a slight reduction on the nose, making it difficult to read. The fresh palate has plenty of extract, orange pith, mandarin and light stem ginger touches, becoming quite waxy in texture towards the finish.

The 2020 Beaune Les Bressandes 1er Cru has a very pure bouquet with whole bunches, allowing the blueberry and wild strawberry fruit to flourish.

This cuvée is known for its structure and body, and is made from grapes grown on limestone-rich, rocky soils. It has an intense ruby color, aromas of red fruit and spices, and a long finish.

The 2022 shows a light red/garnet color with delicate very floral aromas of red berries, very fine and elegant. The palate is dense but light and bright.

Smoky, flinty aromas with white flower notes. The palate has a creamy texture followed by lingering acidity and a powerful, long finish. Real breed and class here.
