CROATIAN WINE

This wine is 100% Posip: an indigenous white grape thought to have originated on Korcula and grown virtually nowhere outside the Dalmation Coast. Its bouquet is dominated by aromas of fresh citrus, stone fruit, yellow flowers.

Plavina has thick-skinned grapes that produce full-bodied wines with an abundance of tannins and dark, brambly fruit flavors. Earthy and brooding, this is a wine for hearty stews or proteins.
