Strong, broad floral presence on the nose along with sweet agave. Initial flavors of soft, ripe agave followed by balanced fruit and acidity for smooth taste with a subtle oak presence. Finish with soft tannin notes and lingering agave sweetness.

Sweetly floral nose with extra ripe agaves and candied fruit presenting themselves. Citrus, cinnamon, dried fruit and almond on the palate with a lingering hint of spearmint on the finish.

Smooth and clean with hints of caramel. Aged for seven months in American white oak casks that have been reconditioned after originally being used for premium-aged whiskey. Great served neat or on the rocks, and perfect base for premium cocktails.

Crystal clear color with aromas of peeled citrus and agave. Fruit forward flavors with notes of vanilla and grapefruit.
Rested two months in stainless steel.

This medium-bodied, ethereal effort has a wonderful mid-palate and silky tannins as well as lovely ripe cherry fruit, sappy flowers, crushed stone, and licorice aromas and flavors. Drink it any time over the coming 15-20 years.

This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.
