Famed for its delicate floral bouquet and a long, elegant finish. Made from only the Klosterneuburger apricot, famous in the Wachau region in the Danube Valley, with over 4 pounds of apricots distilled for each bottle. Double distilled in pot-stills.

On the nose it is refined, elegant, fruity and floral with notes of banana, pears, pineapples, and orange blossoms. The palate is flavorful with a fresh mineral finish.

A juicy light red with a particular fruit profile - proper purple/dark fruit profile, notes of blackberries, currants, a hint of pepper, and a whole lotta freshness. Very lean at only 10% abv, this is the perfect red to kick off any afternoon or evening.

24 months of natural ageing in oak barriques and small casks. Balsamic aromas that balance the bitter notes of rhubarb, flamed orange and caramelized vanilla, with persistence and intensity. Soft citrus and mountain herbs on the palate.

According to the year, it’s a potent yet fine-boned rendition, with a beautiful weave of lemon pith and white peach. Layers of silky texture are balanced by threads of wet stone minerality, spicy freshness and a long, saline finish.

Medium to full-bodied, concentrated, and nicely structured, it has a wealth of fruit, sweet tannins, no hard edges, and a great finish. Intense ruby-red color. Fruity, fresh, ripe nose with undertones of peony and spices.

The bouquet reveals notes of jasmine, rose petals, white raspberries, pink salt and high mountain flowers. The palate features the signature freshness of Nebbiolo, with an initial lush, salty texture and balanced acidity, an aerial balance.

Each barrel of Garrison Brothers Single Barrel has aged for at least three years in the searing Texas heat, soaking up a unique set of notes and flavors from a new American White Oak barrel.

Aromas of ripe red cherry, black cherry, blackberry, black pepper and baking spice. On the palate, vibrant fruit, spice and a hint of chocolate and coffee. Saldo pairs well with BBQ baby back ribs, five spice crusted ahi tuna or four cheese lasagna.

On the nose crushed herbs, blackberry, blueberry and black currant. The palate presents mixed berries, hints of cocoa and whisps of vanilla on the finish.
