Vaillons is a bit more powerful and structured, but Dauvissat's classic take has plenty of saline minerals and crisp acidity too. Soft touch of oak here buttresses the structure. Profound, and built to age.

Intense garnet with orange nuances. On the nose, the wine is elegant with notes of violet, tar, and cherry compote.
